Research has shown that the majority of running injuries can be completely fixed by making small adjustments to your running style in combination with a specifically curated home exercise program - no hands-on treatment needed!
All of the physiotherapists in the Running Collective have taken advanced education courses on assessing and treating running problems. By the end of your first appointment, you will have a proper physiotherapist’s diagnosis and a solid week-by-week plan to get you back to what you love.
